MARTINSBURG – A 20-year-old Martinsburg man arrested Sunday after a traffic stop allegedly said told police “that’s not my weed,” after he opened his glove compartment box to find his identification and revealed a large bag of marijuana in the process. Anthony Lee Hairston, 20, of Advantage Drive, was subsequently charged with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver marijuan.
